The Rules of Polo and the Horse Welfare Policy have been updated.
The 2012 Rules of Polo include ammendments to articles:
3. PLAYERS EQUIPMENT AND TURNOUT
4. PONIES, TACK AND PONY WELFARE
6. REPORT FORMS
10. MEDICAL COVER
35. RIDING OFF, DANGEROUS RIDING AND INTIMIDATION
36. HOOKING, MISUSE OF THE STICK AND CARRYING THE BALL
39. PENALTIES - GENERAL
Many of the changes are simplifying the wording of existing rules.
The Horse Welfare Policy changes are found in section 2 of the Risk Management Policy.
