To assist in maintaining the highest biosecurity principles leading into and during the XI FIP World Polo Championships, all horse movements into the Hawkesbury basin from interstate or interzone need to be lodged with the event host club on arrival. Participants in the JK Memorial Tournament 30/1 & 7/8 and the KH Marshall Kurri Burri Tournament are required to complete the Horse Movement Record and Health Declaration (HMR/HHD) and lodge this with the event host club. We thank both players and clubs for their assistance with this important measure.
We suggest clubs and players use this form for all interstate and interzone horse movements on an ongoing basis.
