Hexham Polo Club Tournament, 24 January 2016

21 Dec 2015

The Hexham Polo Club is proud to invite you to the Urquhart Cup Open Tournament.

The Tournament is to be played on the spectacular Eynesbury grounds (just 45 minutes from the Melbourne CBD). The Urquhart Cup itself is played in the honour of Roddie Urquhart, who was tragically killed in WW1.

The Tournament finals will be played on Sunday 24th January 2016. We encourage all families to join us for the finals to watch some high grade country polo. Enjoy a BYO picnic on the sideline, or indulge in the hospitality provided within the Hexham Polo Club marquee. In addition, a multilevel children's playground will be provided to keep the little ones entertained.

The Hexham Polo Club has some of the most superb and significant silverware in Australian Polo. In addition to playing for these historic cups, for the first time, teams will be contending for prize money awarded to the winning players of each grade.

Team nominations will open early in the 2016 New Year.

For all enquiries please contact the Hexham Polo Club via - urquhartcup@hexhampoloclub.com.au
