Vale Joe McGuiness

The Directors of the APF and NSWPA are saddened to hear of the passing of Joe McGuiness.

Joe was President of the APF from 1995 - 1998 and President of the NSWPA from 1991 - 1993.

Joe was a member of Toompang and later a member of Millamolong Polo Club.

He had a huge love of polo and gained a great deal of pleasure from breeding ponies and could often be found behind the goalposts judging the prize winning ponies.

A funeral will be held on Thursday 19th November at St John's in Boorowa however due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 100 attendee's have already been finalised.

We send our sincere condolences to the McGuiness family.

Jim McGuiness and Prince Charles
