NZ v AUS School Teams Polo International - Results

New Zealand played strongly running out the winners 5 v 2.
The Australia team played well, adapted to the great horses well but couldn't match New Zealand. The Australia Schools Team enjoyed a wonderful week of polo in and around Christchurch and report 'It was a wonderful experience for both parents and the kids, brilliantly hosted by a very generous group of people who have a total sense of community. The NZ school polo program is amazing and one we are very envious of.
Unfortunately due to the weather conditions over the week, the SUPA POLO tournament for no less than 24 junior teams, had to be cancelled and the only match that went ahead on the Sunday was the test match which was relocated to AMURI Polo near Culverden.

New Zealand Schools Tour - Australia Team Announced
We are delighted to confirm the Australia Schools Team for the New Zealand Schools Tour, Christchurch 20-27 March. The team selected is Hamish Dowling -1, Anna Dowling -2, Enzo Mascart -1, Katrina Osborne -2, Will Arthur -2, Edwina Arthur -2 Coach/Manager: Ben Osborne.
The team will play 3 school games culminating in the SUPA Tournament NZ v AUS Schools Team International (mixed team match) on Sunday 26th March 2017.
We thank the generosity of the host schools and NZ SUPA in providing our players with such a great opportunity, and we look forward to hosting a reciprocal event in the future.
